Our Baby AI — Privacy Policy

Our Baby AI, listed on the App Store as "Baby Generator AI: Our Baby" ("we", "our", or "the app"), turns two parent photos into a realistic, AI-generated baby face. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains what we process, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we process

• Photos you choose (face data). When you create a baby, the two parent photos you select are sent securely to our AI image-processing provider solely to generate your result. These photos contain faces, so they are treated as sensitive face data (see the dedicated section below). Photos are used only to fulfill your request, are not used to train AI models, and are not retained by us or the provider after processing.
• Generated babies. The baby images you create are stored locally on your device in the app's gallery. We do not keep copies on our servers.
• Anonymous account. The app uses an anonymous identifier to enable purchases and credits. We do not require your name, email, or phone number to use the app.
• Usage analytics. We collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data (for example, which features are used and app stability) to improve the app.
• Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Face data

Because the app works with photos of people's faces, we want to be explicit about how face data is handled:

• What we collect. Only the two parent photos you actively choose for a generation. The app does not scan, capture, or access any other photos, and it does not build, store, or use a faceprint, face template, or any biometric identifier. We do not perform face recognition or identity matching.
• How we collect it. You pick the photos yourself from your device's photo library. Nothing is uploaded until you tap Generate and explicitly agree, in the app, to send your photos to our AI provider.
• How we use it. The photos are used for one purpose only: to generate your AI baby image for that request.
• Who we share it with. To process a request, your photos are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our backend (Supabase, which securely routes the request) and to our AI image provider, Google (Google's Gemini image-generation API), which generates the baby image. No other third party receives your photos. They are not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
• How long we retain it. Photos are processed transiently and are not stored on our servers or by the provider after your result is generated. Nothing leaves your device until you agree, and the source photos are discarded once the image is created. Generated baby images stay on your device until you delete them.

How we use information

We use the information above only to: provide and operate the app, generate your baby results, process subscriptions and credits, fix problems, and improve the experience. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers strictly to operate the app: Apple (purchases), Supabase (anonymous accounts and secure request routing), Google (Gemini image-generation API, used to generate baby images from the photos you submit), and Google Firebase (aggregate analytics). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service and provides protections equal to or greater than those described in this policy.

Data retention

Photos are processed transiently and not retained after your result is generated. Generated baby images remain on your device until you delete them. Anonymous and analytics data are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your choices

• Decline to send your photos — the app asks for your explicit consent before any photo is sent, and you can say no.
• Delete any baby image from the in-app gallery at any time.
• Remove all locally stored images by deleting the app.
• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.

Children

Our Baby AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Please only upload photos of adults who consent to being processed.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
